Meditation


Various physical (seated, standing, walking, etc.) as well as mental cores (mantra, visualization, breath control, etc.) practiced. These classes relax the mind, soothe the body, & build both creativity & confidence.


Meditation & Writing


For beginners to advanced writers & new to seasoned meditators. This class focuses on meditation as a support for writing & writing as a means to enhance spiritual practice & personal growth. It incorporates Zen Meditation, Gentle Yoga postures & Body Shaking as well as Basic Psychology Principles & Creative Writing techniques. Its purpose is to develop a more calm, aware & creative mind.

Dance Meditation


Get ready to move & have fun! This class will have your mind focused, body moving, & spirit soaring. Guidance will be offered for movements of the body as awareness is brought to music, the breath & rising thoughts. Classes range from gentle to moderate.


Kripalu Gentle Yoga


Gentle classes are great for beginners—& everyone interested in a slow, peaceful practice. This class includes basic breathing exercises as well as a variety of standing, sitting, & supine postures. It’s a way to recharge while meeting some physical challenges.

Kripalu Moderate Yoga


Both beginner & seasoned practitioners welcome. This practice is a bridge between gentle & vigorous yoga, & explores a variety of foundational poses (standing, seated, and on the floor) & breathing exercises. It provides a low-key workout & deep restoration. Focus is on FUN & tuning into the body, mind & spirit.


Kripalu Vigorous Yoga

These physically challenging classes help you develop strength & endurance, & include more advanced postures & breathing exercises. These classes make you sweat!

Couple's Yoga


Further connect with your partner by practicing a mixture of Kripalu & Partner Yoga, couple focused meditation, & Kripalu Communication techniques such as co/reflective listening & conscious communication.
